Weight management
We are all metabolically unique.
Nutritional Therapy can identify many
underlying reasons preventing weight loss:
nutrient deficiencies; compromised
digestion; Candida overgrowth; hormonal and
blood sugar imbalances; inefficient
metabolism; and food intolerance.
It is
possible to be overweight and undernourished
through eating inappropriate foods and
‘dieting’ generally results in only a
temporary weight loss.
The knowledge, skill and support of a
Nutritional Therapist can identify your
body’s needs and advise on a balanced,
sustainable eating pattern to help you lose,
and then maintain, weight.
